Elimination methods: 1. Reduce the cutting speed and depth; 2. 2. Replace the high-quality special diamond cutting wheel for grooving; 3. Reassembly; 4. Replace bearings or reassemble
Motor weakness
Causes: 1. Rotor failure; 2. 2. Stator fault; 3. Low voltage; 4. Stator and rotor bore sweeping; 5, brush too short or spring loss of elasticity
